Check your coolant level and Bleed any air out of your coolant lines. If your coolant is low and there are air bubbles in the line near the ECT it can cause an idle bounce. Although this condition only usually happens with a warm engine not a cold one. I would look into cleaning your fast idle thermal valve (FITV) the 5th gen Accords don't use a FIC like the 4th gens did. This is the valve that controls the amount of intake air during engine warm up. Once the engine has warmed up the IACV takes over full control. There is a very in depth thread on the IACV and FITV cleaning in the Accord FAQ's as SOHCMAN already mentioned.
