94 CIVIC DX HARD SHIFTING??

IM just wondering if any one has an idea what is the cause of this?/ ..i took my girlfreinds car today and notived that the shifter is hard to move from gear to gear... any info would be great.. thanks in advance

seems like you need to get your current tranny fluid flushed and have it filled with new one.
