Default How hard is it to put an EG exhaust manifold on an EK?

So I have the usual P0420 code, but since my car is Canadian, I don't have the extended warranty. The cheapest thing I can think of is to remove the godawful cat and replace it with a more normal system.

I have access to a 92 Si, complete.

I know the manifold bolts up to the motor, but is there allot of fab work necessary down under the motor to get the manifold to bolt to my mid pipe?

i had a 99 ex and now i have a 95 cx with the d16, i am sure it will bolt fine, only thing may be the O2 sensor position, i know the two sensors themselves are different, but check the wire positon since i know my 99 the front o2 was under the block and the new one is right in the front on the mainfold.
