Help! how do i post on the classified sites?

im not sure how it works but how do i get permission to post in the classifieds? is there a place i can pay or have to pay?

2nd, you can post in the classified section once you're not a trial user anymore. notice the NO TRIAL USERS ALLOWED in the sub header?
