Default Running temp of built HC NA motor - EGT gauge installed

okay, since I installed my EGT, I have noticed that my EGT reads as high as 1400F degrees when cruising at 120 km/h. At idle it is about 800F, and in city driving, it is between 900-1200F. My compression is 12:1

Is this normal operating temperature, or am I running really hot? My coolant temperature is normal, and the car does not overheat

Your cruising temp sounds a little high. Remember, compression creates torque and heat so when you up the compression its always a good idea to compensate with a little cooling mod.

What would you suggest, I have a factory oil cooler, do you think that I should look at an aftermarket one like the B&M, or the Greddy?

I am not sure if a better radiator might help me. The temperature gauge in the car does not read any higher, it reads just over quarter. Maybe I'll try some redline water wetter, and see if that does anything

i dont have a bigger radiator or different oil cooler, but guys on the board with these say they do lower running temps of the engine. Maybe search archives for Oil cooler and see what pops up.

lowering the running temp is good to a point. However, keep in mind you are measuring the heat of the combustion event shortly after it happens, its gona be HOT. My brother's stock integra LS shows very similar numbers. If your engine temps are fine - you really don't need any more cooling unless you just want to bring the overall temperature down. If you add more fuel, your EGT temps will go down, same with removing some timing, do just the opposite and they'll go up. The egt vs fuel and timing is a bell curve tho so keep in mind that too drastic of changes could actually lead to a hotter temp.
