Hi Guys, my name is Evan Dent and I am the owner of http://www.42draftdesigns.com. Over the past year our exhaust product line has grown very popular within our marketplace. At this time our fabrication staff simply can't keep up. We need a dedicated TIG welder to put in some time and help us get our product on the shelf.

The position would be part time to start - roughly 30 hours. The work would be 100% TIG welding however product assembly and additional fabrication are a possibility once your skill set is assessed. The work is mild steel - however we use only the cleanest materials. Our flanges are CNC machined in house from 1018 cold roll steel. Our piping is heavy wall aluminized and some components are 400 series stainless steel. My staff assembles our products square, free of gaps, and always consistent. We use Miller Dynasty welders with Weldtec water cooled torches and gas lenses. All supplies provided except welding helmet.

Pay would be based on experience with the opportunity for increases based on hard work and weld quality. Hours are flexible - we work M-F 8ish to 6ish. No weekends. We are located in Millersville, MD 21108. You can check out the product line here:

You can see the nature of the work by browsing the site. Fair warning - it gets repetitive. There are some challenging welds on some of our products, however expect to bang out hundreds of easy pipe to flange welds. We are constantly investing in new equipment and always improving our production process. As we grow and get past our current constant backorder situation I will be adding many new exhaust products to our lineup.
