Default FYI-Gasket for vtec solenoid on a B16JDM 1 gen.

Well,I tried to change mine with one from a DelSol.
It doesn't work.
The gasket around the screen as a different shape then ours. The Del Sol or the Si are more rounded.
So I tried to put that one and I left it up-side down on a flat surface with book on it(As a weight) for a few hours.

A few hours later.
When I took the solenoid, the gasket was in is slot,so I put it back.

Back on the car.
2 days later,it was leaking as hell.
I disamble the solenoid to find that the gasket around the screen as been broken on both end.

I put it back with Hondabond around where it was broken.

It did work but 3 months.

Now,it started leaking again.

I'm wondering what are my solution.

Any idea?

here's what i did..kinda costly, but no more leaky..i got the vtec solenoid off of a 94 del sol vtec and spliced on the plugs. works like a charm.
