h3 hid fit 99 fog?
had any1 put H3 hid in their 99 fog light?
If so did you have to do any modification?
or should I buy the H3C hid kit instead because they are much smaller?

Maybe no one has an answer for you. I haven't seen an H3 or an H3C HID kit to give you an answer. I know my 2000 EX fogs are H3 and my 2000 Prelude with JDM fogs have the H3C bulb. So I would think that as long as the H3 or H3C HID bulbs are the same size as regular H3 and H3C bulbs then they should fit IMO.
