91 crx si sunroof help

i just need to know whats the easy way to change just my sunroof cap taking the assembly totaly out or if i can do it while the assembly is in the car. i picked up a 91 si and the sunroof cap is rusted the most ive ever seen one. thanks in advance

they make a cf cover 4 it or juss weld and paint
