okay so my 90 crx si has a HOFCO alarm system in it and i washed the remote. I am trying to order one off of EBAY but I can not find the programming instructions online. I have prolly spent ten hours looking online for the thing and I can't find a hint. Does anyone have a HOFCO programming guide that they could fax/email/ send me in the mail so I can get this thing working again? Thanks in advance!

2) HOFCO I've never heard of ,you're better searching for their site and directly contacting them.

Even if you washed the remote it still may be good, have you replaced the battery after letting it dry out?

 

yeah i know i am in the accord sections but i have tried everything else, hoping someone with an accord might know something.

I did trying contacting them. They got bought out by another company a few years back and now their entire line has been discontinued. I dunno who bought them out though.
Yeah I tried taking it apart and letting it dry out but it will not work.

Took me 2 secs on google to find a link saying HOFCO charges $15 to program the remote.

 

I been doing research on Hofco for a long time now, and they are long gone. They were bought out by another company a couple of years ago, and that company discontinued all the Hofco line alarms systems. I called a number on their website and got a discontinued number message. I done a lot of research on Hofco and everything that comes up is garbage. I think I will most likely end up buying a new alarm system
