Will b18 header line up to my cat converter?

Will b18 header line up to my cat converter?
Just bouoght a fujitsubo header to go on my 99 SI but its from a DC2, now i thought the only differnce was that the b18 headers sat lower but i've just been told that the flange where it bolts to the cat is actually at a different angle/orientation! Can anyone confirm if this is true?
