Rota rims..stock acorn lugs ok?
I have been debating getting a really nice set of lug nuts acorn style to accomodate the Rota Subzeros i just purchased. I will be using the wheels for track only. Would the stock acorn lug nuts be fine assuming i torqued them down after each session or do i want something different? thanks

No
No
Is a different size other than stock needed?
I have heard many go with Kyokugen's, but many have said that they suck *****.
So what should we be pairing with Rota's?

They stock nuts will scratch the lugnut seat in the wheel. Kyokugens will work fine, just dont use airtools with them, as the key strips easily...thats all.
There is nothing wrong with them otherwise, its just been worked up as more than it really is, and 90% of the population here goes for the bling blang Volk or Mugens, so they naturally shun the cheap alternative

You're going to need a tapered lug.
I've had Kyokugens for about ayear, with the wheels being changed quite often and haven't had a problem yet. Just stay away from the impact tools. If I can in the next year, I may switch to Volks thougfh.
Does anyone know of any, spoon or volk, that can be used with an impact wrench??? It would make life a whole lot easier

Can you post a pic of your R with the subzero's on?
I was thinking about buying the subzero's or the slipstreams and it would be cool if I get an idea on how they look like on the R.
