I recently went to stokes located in Santa Monica to get an alignment on my car. I wasn't looking for anything dramatic just a some toe adjustment within factory settings after raising my car up a little. To sum up the experience. I went in there with the car running straight with the steering wheel centered to coming out 20 mins later with the car pulling to the right with the steering wheel centered. This place sucks. I had to tell the guy working to check the air pressure in the tires because I knew it was off while he was making adjustments. He only check the one tire and did not double check all the other tires. It didn't even seems like he centered the steering wheel to the middle. I ended up paying 80 for the 4 wheel. I'm going back tomo to either get it fixed or get a refund. Initially i went here because I just didn't want to drive to far from home and someone on the board recommended this place. But this is the worst decision I have made.
