Hello everybody,

Car in question is a 1997 Honda Accord SOHC F22....

The A/C has always been kinda weak

2 years ago I bought one of those cheap AC booster things in a can at Kragen that you add to the system, probably a bad idea..... dont know if its related though

Recently the A/C compressor started making a loud noise, like SHHHT SHHHT SHHHT SHHHT and the pulley is totally wobbling


What should I do first, could it be something simple like the pulley is loose or should I expect the A/C compressor to fail soon?

the pulley has a bearing pressed into it, replace the pulley, and you should be okay
