just like the topic says? instead of buying 02 front bumper, can i customize or they fix 100% thanks mel

 

I'm like 90% sure they don't Cuz the 98-00 lower grills are narrower than the 01-02 lower grill. And the 01-02 has these little side grills. It's weird. But I'm pretty darn sure no.

 

yea i know the 01-02 bumpers have like that black plastic.. but now my question is if i buy an 02 bumper and the foglights do i place the foglight over that black plastic or what? because it getting me confuse.

 

O I thought u wanna put the 02 foglights on 98 bumper. The instructions says to cut that whole piece off. http://www.handa-accessories.com/accext01.html check it out. Go to the fog light section and there a manual there.
