what do i need to do to not depress my clucth pedal to start the engine 95 honda accord ex
i see theres 2 switches at the cluch i unplgged them both and left on plug with either one and still wont turn the car do i have to crimp the 2 wires on each plug so it will work so i dont have to keep depressing the clutch to turn it on cause recently i depresss the clutch to turn the engine on all i get is a click then i keep messing with the pedal by depressing it with the key to the run positon and depressing it eratically till it finally turns on so do i have to just connect the 2 wires together on the 2 connectors ?
i'm trying to understand what you were typing.
Was there something wrong with your car and for some reason it will only start when you don't push in the clutch?
Or are you trying to have it so you can start the car without pushing in the clutch?
I know it can be done because you can have remote start installed on them, however, if that is what you are trying to do keep in mind that you will always have to remember to take your car out of gear to start it. Also, your foot has to be on the pedal anyway to start moving, so what's the problem with pushing it down to start?
