dose any know if an 08 honda civic si stering wheel fits on an 1998 honda civic hx?

 

Yes, it bolts up. Airbag won't be functional.

 

dose it have cruise controls and maybe stereo controls/ how much and dose it have any sun damage or driver wear

You basically have to make a Y-adapter to the two explosive charges so they both blow at once.

 

thank u. do u know what the resiants load of the air bag is. and what r the chances of it false trigging on me while driveing

Older airbags were 2.2 ohms
