i need your help guys. i need to sell my CRX and i need a "real world" price figure to start with. it is a heavily modified, unfinished kidney massager with a worked D16 that does not like anything below 101 octane. there is no interiour, no heater. the body is in fair condition but has some damage on the front fender. the fender was replaced but not painted. it has a chipped that runs turboedit ( if i remember correctly) i was in the middle of installing ITBs but ran out of interest and time. the bodies and the mainfold is installed, the megasquirt is assembled and i have all the nessesary wiring harnesses ready to be installed.
the car has all the usual bits, poly bushings, springs/shocks, braces, exhaust, a nice header, etc. etc. etc.
so, what is the ball-park figure i should consider? should i sell it as is, take it apart? i can provide detailed list if needed.
TIA

the thing is, i REALLY ran out of interest and i don't mind taking a hit in money only to have it gone.

agreed, sounds rough even with mods. pics and more specifics will tell the tale. offhand i'd say 2000 tops, but that's going by your description alone. do you have the interior bits or anything your removed??
I didnt think we were aloud to post stuff like this...ahh o well.
Crx's are really not selling for THAT great right now. Can still find them pretty cheap. Its even harder to put your project off onto someone else. Good luck..but your prob better off finishing it then selling it.

rule #4. "What should I sell my CRX/Civic for?" or "How much is my CRX/Civic worth?" or "Is this a good deal/price?"
well you should'nt be asking, and we shouldnt be answering, but maybe we can get some "tech" on how to part from a project car, as aposed to apraising your car.
Atleast get it up to running condition. and be prepared to wait for the buyer.

I hate to say this but ebay might be your best bet for selling it quick at a reasonable price
