can anyonre in Knoxville TN tune my civic
Just put in a new engine no power below 4k rpms it needs to be tuned I'm sure I have three different ecu's stock PM6 89 Si 1.6 integra 1.7DOHC ecu and a chipped crome PM6. HELP PLEASE!!
