Can u belive someone busted out my window jacked my ECU but didnt touch my cd's or stereo system....anyone have something like this hapen to them b4?

Sorry to hear that. I hope they didn't also cut the wires as it'll be easier to reinstall the new ECU.

 

Na straight unplugged it....at least they wasnt savage about it lol

Got any car friends with a compatible ECU you can borrow until you get your window and ECU replaced? Gotta get your DD back on the road so you can live on. Consider yourself lucky they didn't take anything else, or your entire car.

 

i had someone steel my p28 out of me ef hatch about 3 years ago came up into my driveway

same thing happen to me but they stole the DX ecu the window cost more than the ECU

 

I guess someone needed an ECU real bad. Bad luck for you.

 

actually as uncommon as that sounds it happened to my friend's car too, they took his greddy e-mag system. but damn sorry to hear that though.

where in LB you stay at? I'm in LB too. luckily, I have a company car to drive and rarely take my EK out.

you should consider yourself lucky.....at least they just stole your ECU and nuthin else.....but that does suck!! thieves should burn in hell!!

yeah, I had my ecu stolen from me TWICE. Once from my bone stock gsr, which was bitch since it was a 95 and the ecu is a little harder to find. And just a few days ago they stole my ecu from my bone stock civic vx. All happen in my apartment, didn't break anything, just took the ecu and nothing else. Fuking thieves BURN IN HELLLLL!!!!!.

Ya arrownd here you get 40$ a catalytic converter theres a guy that goes arrownd colletting them 4 scrap. And some peolpe will do anything to get ahead in this world even if it means stealing and it shouldnt b like that.

damn crackheads! whats next?! first it was airbags people were stealing. at my work people go to leave only to find that there cat was cut off, during the day in a busy parking lot!! people are gettin crazy as shyt these days!!
