Default WHERE DID THIS BOLT FALL FROM?! (PICS)

This bolt fell off while driving. I wasnt doing anything special. I had just turned onto the road and heard it fall. It was covered in dirty oil. I have had some oil leak problems as of late though. So here is oil on different parts of my engine bay.

On a side note a friend said he saw sparks flying while he was following me. He said it looked like someone was welding under my car. He only saw this on hard accelleration on a tight corner.

Help with these issues would be highly appreciated!
