Default 1st time, installing my new suspension.HELP

hey guys...
nice to b here. my name is Sharbel Diaz.
my car is a honda civic 1999 sedan lxi.
i got myself some GC coilovers and Koni yellow shocks.
i read the post by Patrickgsr94. perfect instructions.thankyou Patrick. i need help with something.
if anyone can please help me out with this, would b great.

in the GC box - the longer sleeves were kept with the smaller/thinner springs.
i need to know

1. for the front - does the longer sleeve or the shorter sleeve go ?
2. for the front- does the Thicker/bigger spring go on the front koni yellow shock or the thinner/smaller spring ?

im confused...
please help ........

Shorter sleeve in the front.

Look at the numbers on the springs, the last three numbers (for example 010 = 10kg spring rate), the larger number in the front and smaller number in the rear.

thankyou blue.....

how do i tune the suspension after its installed?
with the GC coilvoers i did not get a key(tool) to lower the coilovers.
ill post up pics of the process .....
