Default 87 honda Crx >>>> gsr motor..

i just baught a 87 honda crx it has a single over head cam non vtex w/ a carborator. i am wondering if it is possible to fit a gsr motor in it... probmem is the carborator..... how would i get the wiring harnes to change and how hard is it.? or will the grs even fit? can any one help me w/ this?

It is a bit of work but possible.

would it be more easy to just put a single over head vtec? i know i can do all that done it b4 just the wiring harnes w/ the carborator b/c i havnet ever seen a vtec w/ a carborator. could u have a carb w/ a vtec?

I know they make them for Bs like a GSR.

as far as the OEM carb or an aftermarket carb are you talking about? I don't know too much about the oem honda carbs and there limits. There are a few carbed B series both side drafts and top loaders. Most honda people don't like carbs and carbs kinda have fallen out of favor esp with how good Hondas fuel injection is.

Me being a geek, I'm working on a holly 750 top loader for my lsvtec. It is possible.

gotcha yahh i wasnet too happy when i saw the carborator it was about to be a deal preakor but i knew it could all be changed. yahh im all about fule injection. idk im startin to think motor wise its a fallout w/ the crx haha
