Im swapping my b18 for a 1.8T. whats everyone think? maybe my car will actually drive.

no im not joking. My car was supposed to be on the road like a month ago, and every week its something different. Im sick of having a car I cant drive. So, I figured, if I do a 1.8Turbo swap. My car will run. Throw a nice diverter valve with a cold air intake in that motor. Itll blow the doors off most hondas around

 

My boys from HighSpeedDubbin are hooking me up. There even getting me a euro plate

 

On top of the nasty deal Im getting already, there gonna hook me up with a roof rack, a shocker sticker, and there gonna rust my hood for me!!!!!! so sick

That's funny, I'm selling my what used to be turbo'd .:R32 and I bought a DC2 to boost cause I'm tired of going slow.
I like VW's for a DD cause they have nice interiors and you can't steal em with out a tow truck.....but if you want to go fast, keep the Honda!

 

I have a friend who only works on VW's, even he thinks they are junk. And thats all he owns. Their interior is crap too. Stuff falls apart, and looks like it's from the 70's. Especially the MkII's. I think that's what those are called. Like the one in the op's pic.

x2 electrical problems out the *** forever on veedubs.

ill always have a place in my heart for them though. i had a mk4 gti and it was an awesome car, just alot heavy.

left that car for an audi, then to honda. i dont plan on going anywhere soon.

my buddys dad drives for a tow truck survice, and he said the #1 car he pick up is a POS VW, the reverse always blows on the 2.0's, and even the new ones are electrical nighmares, but hey, every VW that leaves the dealer is just job security for the parts guy and the technician beacuse they know its comming back for work.. have for dubbin around

haha op have you ever been to waterfest ? I have a few times, i dont remember much...
because i always fall asleep in the stands. 927429 14.x sec cars. 10 12.x sec cars and 1 9.x sec car haha awesome! And that is THE day to run your vw.
