Default TW: Possible mint 96 integra part out.

So here's the deal. my brothers integra was hit from behind, not bad at all, pushed the bumper and frame in on the back passenger corner. The bumper cover is not cracked, just scraped up. i could not believe this car was totalled. Anyyyway. The car is now mine and im trying to decide if i want to have it straightened and drive it or if i want to part it out. The car is damn near mint, it is a 96 special edition, green with tan leather. 5speed. fresh timing belt/water pump. just rolled 130k. just lookin for some opinions to see what people think and to see if there is any interest out there.

If you part out, I'd be interested in the seats if they are in nice shape.

im 99% sure the car is going to have a clear title, it will just be marked on a carfax that its been hit. When i first saw the damage i could not believe they totalled the car, its insane. i got an estimate at a local body shop to straighten out the rear end and they said 2 hours labor tops @ $90/hr. I very well may be fixing it and selling the entire car.
