Default heater problems

hey everyone. I got a 02 S2000 with 31k miles. I am having a problem where the car is at normal operating temps and when you are driving there is heat but when you are sitting at a stoplight the air becomes cold then hot when you drive again. Has this happened to anyone else, starting to get frustrated. The coolant level is always full. Please help

coolant level was full. We have bleed the cooling system the way honda requires it and no bubbles. I thinking about the thermostat now

That's what I'd do next, but does your car ever get hot? Or have a hard time warming up?

does your temp gauge rise as well? Air bubbles. Bleed your system. I think also you have a series of beeps for the AC sorta like the ECU of OBD-I cars. I forgot how to start it though.
