Have a JDM H22 in a Civic. Running All sensors on p13 ecu. -4w- if it matters.


Throwing RANDOM Cel's. And never consistent.

Heres the quick story. Had low fuel pressure, installed 255 pump. Perfect Fuel Pressure. Took it for a drive. (Running fairly good BTW)
Is I'm idling away the CEL comes on.
Get back, throws 6,7,10,12,21,23 CEL

WOW! But Vtec worked, and it pulled hard.

Reset the ECU start the car, nothing. Rev it and it throws an EGR 12 CEL.

Put a P30 in start it, no cels (DID NOT DRIVE IT) just let it idle

Put the P13 back in, started it NO cels. AWESOME!!
Reved it, NOTHING.

Started to drive it, nothing.

As soon as I hit 4500 it has a slight mis to it and throws a 23 (knock).

Turn the car off, start doing low throttle pulls to about 5.

Between 4-5 it has a definite mis to it and throws a 23.

GOOD fuel pressure. Brand new Cap, Rotor, Wires, Plugs.

Cam and Ignition timing are SPOT on.
Getting around 45-48 PSI of fuel at Idle.

Reset the ECU go for a low throttle drive, throws a 1 and 23.

Is the ECU [freak]ed??!?!?!?!

I am running the IAB's without the Vac. box, but still using the Solenoid.
Using the Solenoid for the EGR.

The only consistent CEL is the Knock sensor, but it misses just as the CEL comes on. So I know its not a bad Knock sensor. And I can feel it pulling timing.

Thinks its a bad ECU, ICM? Coil?

BAH its driving me nuts!!

 

Someone Has got to know. I know it hasn't been long, but I'm about to rip hair out.

It misses JUST before it throws the Knock Sensor code, light throttle, or heavy throttle. NO detonation can be heard. It does pull timing though.

Why am I getting a Knock sensor code only at 4-5k?!?!?! And why would I get a code 1 randomly?
