Default Liquid splashing sound when turning steering wheel, "Power steering"

I have a 90 Civic hatch with power steering. Just recently I noticed when I turn my steering wheel I will "sometimes" get a splashing sound coming from what I think would be the power steering reservoir. Any idea why? Kinda odd, I never changed the PS fluid ever so I might as well do that but anyone ever heard of this? Seems to work fine, no leaks

If your noise is comming from the passenger side, you may have water inside your evaporator box. in which case, locate the drain tube on the back of the firewall in the engine compartment and, front underneath, blow compressed air into the tube. stay out of the way cuz it will start spewing. if that doesnt take care of your problem, you may have something more involved going on, but that kinda sounds like what your experiancing.
