hey everyone, well i need help choosing a cat. converter because my went bad and my gas mileage went down. So i was thinking will a high flow cat. will work? will it pass emissions, or should i get a stock one??

I have a 97 civic HX, the only reason i want to get a high flow is because is so much cheaper
