Is this an "alright" turbo?
I saw this in the area around my house. It says it fits D series and I have the stock d16a6 in my 89 crx right now. I didn't know if $500 was a good price, I know I need more things for the turbo and will probably replace some other things but the guy says he's looking for CRX parts and I just happen to have a 1990 crx si I'm parting out so I hope this works.
Thanks in advance
Edit: Sorry in my excitement I forgot the link

what are you even referring to? paying $500 for a turbo, it'd better be decent...maybe post some pics of it? or even describe it (t25, t3-t4, t66, gt30r)
Here is a link to the specs on the turbo. http://www.spooledmotorsports....arger
I would think the way I am reading the post, it is for the partial kit, mani, turbo lines etc. It's not to bad, would spool quickly since it's a .42/.48 turbo. If you are looking for a quick spooling turbo I would go for it. Looks like SSAC mani, which is not bad if you know how to weld to brace it.
Summary: it would be a nice starter kit for someone on a budget. You can always upgrade the turbo and mani, which are your most expensive parts in a turbo kit.

Thanks for the info. But I do have a couple more questions
Should it fit in a d16a6?
and
How hard of a job am I looking at (I wasn't familiar with the welding part but I guess I could pay someone to do it although I prefer not to) ?
