96 Honda Acc LX
When I make a left turn it makes a sound like i'm dragging a frying pan. I took a look under the car didn't find anything so I took it to my mechanic where he lifted it up and shook exhaust, blah blah blah and he couldn't find anything. Paranoid I told him to take a ride with me and the freaking car didn't make one damn sound. After I drop off mechanic and get almost home it starts again. The sound is like a piece of metal sheetmetal box with marbles inside dragging on the ground. Only happens when I make a left turn at slow speeds ranging from 10-30 mph. What could it be?

 

Check your Axles? To see if they are ripped or leaking? or broken?

 

Already did, none of them are ripped or torn. As in the rubber boot part. I will take another look at it again to see

yea i would check axles. and switch them out

 

check the brakes something might be loose when you turn left? i know i had a rock stuck inbetween my caliper and rotor man that **** sucked

 

I think one of your brakes is dragging. Check if one of the rotors is darker (purplish blue) from being exposed to high friction/heat.
