i was wondering if you guys happen to know if a seat belt ticket is considered as a moving violation? Or if not, will it cause my insurance rate to increase? I went from paying 370 for three months on a 01 ls to 452 for 2 months, I have a clear record, except for a handicap parking ticket and the seat belt ticket i got while driving on a california highway. No accidents, no speeding tickets, ect....

i dont know but probally. I hate insurance companys. Bastards are hoseing me 600 bucks a month......grrrrrrrr
