Default TODA headgasket or OEM ITR?

guys,

What would be better for all motor setup mugen I/E/H with later maybe 50shot of NOS.

A toda headgasket TODA 12251-B16-006 , 0.6mm, or stock oem ITR 12251-P30-014 Gasket.

I will be changing Rings, So I was thinking in which headgasket I can go for, I can get them at same price.

Although it functions in what it does and at a reasonable price, (ie. raise or lower compression) I've always believed that headgaskets were bandaid fixes.

With that in mind, are you looking to modify the compression ratio or are you just looking for a headgasket?
