The turn signals are flashing very fast, as if a bulb is out

The hazard switch quit working

the bumper light on the passanger side works while the car is off, and the headlights, ect are off, (its getting power all the time)

anyone have a clue

could it be a ground, if so i know where two are (the white/clear boxes that are on the headlight harness) and i have them grounded

but i cannot figure what it is

i want to test my turn signal relay next

 

Have you checked all 4 bulbs F&R for the turn signals? I've heard of that happening when one of the bulbs goes out.

As for the bumper light, are you talking about the turn signal or corner light? Is there any water in it?

 

I'm having a similar problem in my 90 si, however mine just blink fast but all my bulbs are lit.
