Default F20A Camshaft ID

i bought this 1990 JDM Accord/Ascot which has not run since the previous owner swapped the cam (chewed up after belt snapped & valves digested) and i'm wanting to find out which cam can or should be installed to the thing if it is ever to run again. The wiring was and is stiull a bit of a mess but i'm cleaning that all up. however the cam is vissibly chewed up noisey and the thing will not accelerate rapidly enough between 750-1500. once it gets to 1500-1700rpm it sounds fine. Is there another cam which can safely be swapped into this engine. SOHC JDM F20A non Vtec.

thats a 2 liter f22a series engine, so any f22a (or a1/4/6) cam will work.
