anybody else have bad experience with fullrace?

anybody else have bad experience with fullrace?
1)They never answer the phone
2)They havent answered any of my 6 emails
3)I ordered my radiator a month ago and they have yet to do anything with my order
4)I am probably not doing business with them again.
5)How the hell am i supposed to cancel my order if i cant get in touch with them?
Anybody else have negative experiences with FR?

I've ordered their traction bar and ef radiator. My experience with them was professional.
When I got my traction bar they provided the wrong radius rods (i guess that is what they are called). They sent out DA's instead of EF's. They told me to send them back and that they would get the right ones out right away and that's what they did. They made a mistake and corrected it.
I ordered my radiator and if I remember correctly it took awhile to arrive but non the less came.
They have always answered any questions that I have. This was about 2 years ago so hopefully they haven't lost their edge.

Im not trying to talk trash on them or anything and i understand some people just get lazy and forget to ship parts but they could at least answer me or something.
This happened to me last year too, i ordered the traction bar, waited 2 months. Cancelled the order. And bought one used off craigslist that was shipped to me in 2 days. They do make some sick **** dont get me wrong. But they could back up their professional parts with some decent service too.
No worries. Ill just wait patiently.

I ordered a Fullrace traction bar from Terry (AKA boostfed.com) a couple of months back. Got great service from them. And Terry is a stand up guy. Don't know if Terry dealt with Fullrace but, you can try PMing him. Maybe he can get in touch with Fullrace for you.

I ordered my bar and radiator through Terry @ Boostfed and the products were shipped promptly direct from FR and I couldn't have been more than happier. Have you tried contacting them through PM on this site?
