pricing of 1982 prelude??
Co-worker of mine (older lady) has a 82 prelude 5sp that i have been trying to talk her into selling me forever. Its very, very clean, all original parts, except original color paintjob 2 years ago. Car was originally bought off lot in cali, 2 years later, she bought it and has had it ever since. Interior is superb, with the exception of a small tear in the passenger seat, and normal wear on drivers seat. The AC still works, although it doesnt blow the coldest.
Well, she finally decided to sell it. She originally wanted $2500 but says because its me she will give it to me for $1500. Is this a good price?? It has been well maintained and she has all maintenance records. It sounds good to me but i just want to see what people more familiar wth the car think.
Also, is their anything i should look out for that could be potentially very expensive to fix or hard to find parts for (I expect parts to be hard to find, but anything really hard to find?)
Thanks in advance
