As the title states, the cooling fan relay isnt receiving power on the coil side so its not activating.

Does anybody have the wiring schematics for a 97 civic underhood fusebox? So I can check where it should be getting power from.

It is getting the ground from the thermoswitch, power for the fan itself and it has continuity to the fans plug.
