i want to restore all of the rust but i doubt i could do it all by myself but comments will be appreciated

Its fixable, it just depends on your skill level, whether or not you have a welder, and your amount of patience. You'll have to most likely remove the window molding to get to that area, which can be a real big pain in the *****. Also, it looks as though your paint is faded in spots, making a colormatch that much more difficult. If you want to go the cheap route, sand around the rust, hit it with some por-15 then fiberglass mat with resin. scuff it up, some filler, a quick spray bomb, and you're done.
