91 DI5 CIVIC (MOTOR SWAP)

Hey guys, I am new to all this so bare with me. I have a 91 civic D15 motor and i want to do a up-grade on it to a v-tech motor?? I want to know if anyone out there has done this befor and i could use your advise....I need a parts list for what i need to do.The engine i have now is in great shape but i need a little more power, so any ideas would help. The engine and trans. is out as we speak so nows the time to do it! It has a 5 speed manual trans. Any ideas let me know and thanks!
