What is the easiest to unscrew the back bumper screws on the 93-95 civic coupes?

everytime I try they get stripped

Try a screw bit that fits properly.

use a vicegrip and go around the screw until you break it loose and then use a screw driver it may take some time but its better the stripping the screws and not getting nowhere.

every time???

install them with some anti-sieze compound.

May be use hex bolts and washers.
