ok my camera is so shitty no macro so if I were to take a pic of the label, it would be blurry, but here is an overall.

The numbers on the label read . . .

You have a PM6 ECU. D16A6 SI/EX ECU I believe.

Thank you much sir! Now I can rewire this car correctly for my b18a1 swap if I can find the correct info!

But that ECU is not the one you want to use for a B18.

This is the ECU that was in the car when I bought it running. . . . . . It was running prior to me starting all my mods, but if I should be using something else, please fill me in as I am still learning all the swap stuff. If I need to redo my wiring with a different ECU, NOW is the time.

Well I guess my boredom was for NOTHING haha, I did a quick polish job on the ECU cover . . .

Damn I am one lame *** ****

Could this also be why my car would run shitty and have hard time starting, give me fuel delivery problems, making me throw around 4 codes, etc . . . ???

SOB, as if things were not already shitty on this car, it just keeps getting worse as I go along. Will the ECU I currently have (PM6) work for a stock 91 D15 DPFI-MPFI conversion? If so then maybe I can sell it to my buddy to get the ECU I need.

After doing some reading I see that there is a swap in years in the Teg b18a1 from obd-0 to obd-1. I take it that since this was running that I have an obd-0 motor correct? If that is true than from what I also read I need PR-4 obd-0 ECU.

SOB man this is getting kinda ridiculous, but better to find these idiotic problems from the idiotic people who did the swap NOW, rather than later. I'm just going to buy new virgin harnesses, get my ecu, and go from there.

They use a PM6 as well? How can you tell it is for a DOHC ZC? I thought the PM6 was just for the 1.6 SI/EX motors.

Most people use the PM6 ECU for the DPFI-MPFI swap from what I have read, but it still isn't going to be perfect as it is mapped for a 1.6, not a 1.5. It is best to convert to OBD1 and actually tune the car properly if building a frankenstein (Not stock) motor. Plus OBD1 actually offered a 1.5 MPFI car, so you could probably go that route with a stock ECU to save on tuning.

Thanks for all this info, I am learning a lot. ok in that case, would you mind pointing me in the right direction in converting the car to obd-1, hell I'm doing enough work as it is, so no big deal now I guess.

I guess I need a how to, what parts are neccessary, and a wire diagram.

Thanks again guys, the help is priceless!

DOHC ZC use the PG7 ecu found in 88-89 integras.
OP u need a PR4 ecu found in 1990-91 1.8L integra

ok I think I found my answer HERE

From what I read if I read correctly, my stock system is DPFI, and to do a b18 swap in the first place with an obd-0 91-93 Integra motor, all that I need to do is a DPFI-MPFI conversion, have a injector resistor box (already have that) the ecu (PR4) is plug and play, and I just have to connect up the dizzy from the Integra correctly, and I am good to go!

Please advise if this is correct.

Thanks again!

At the junk yard where I pulled my LS B18A1 I see five other LS b18a1's and all of them had PR4 ecu's hope this helps reinforce what they said up above.

you are correct, do the MPFI swap (i recommend a swap harness, but thats up to you). then your b18a1 will be plug and play.

you got mounts and all that right??? stock teg mounts dont work. neither does the shift linkage.

The swap was already in and running with the PM6, running shitty, but running. I want to redo it, because these jackasses screwed up almost ALL of the wiring in the car. Motor mounts are already on, some beefy ones too, I dunno how they did the Pass mount, but I need to have the rewelded as it was only welded in the front which ATM looks kinda dangerous.

What swap harness do you recommend? I am still learning, so please bare with this n00bie!

Thanks again for all the help gentlemen!

if it was running then the conversion to MPFI was already done, so dont worry too much about that.

get an obd0 pr4 and go from there. be careful, there are obd0 and obd1 pr4s. you need one from a 90-91 DA integra.

Well here are some pics maybe this can help you guys help me out.

This is the harness that is in the bay. Excuse the VC I was in the middle of sanding it to polish it when I put it back to see if the fuel problem was fixed.

This is the map and baro sensor box, not sure what is supposed to get connected where, but only two lines were connected at the rear top of the IM.

Here is where they were connected.

ECU plugs dunno what ECU they are for or if they have been repinned, soldered down the line, etc.

This was the harness going from the PS to the DS under the hood, I snipped it and put it inside, the crimp connects were temp to see if the fuel issue was resolved which it isn't, I used connectors from a 99 GSR from the yard.

and my fuse box

So if someone can help me get this thing running THE RIGHT WAY, I would appreciate it greatly!

Thanks!

The thing is that this wiring is so f*ed up it isn't even funny, I am truly thinking that getting some virgin harnesses and redoing it would be the best thing at this point. It is a wiring nightmare trying to get everything back to stock, the alarm was f*ed up, and so were the power windows. You just don't know! lol, I can do wiring, but fixing someone elses mistake gets frustrating ya know lol
