stage 2 cams

im jus wondering on ITR and CTR was told they are capable or runnin stage 2 cams on their stock heads. and gsr ls cant without new springs valve job etc. now is this true?

I ran Toda Spec B's on the stock ITR valvetrain for almost 10k miles. Couldn't make the most of the potential, but it was safe as long as I kept to stock revs.
