Default Picked up an EF sedan today

Hi, I bought a 91 civic sedan today. The motor runs strong for 230k. I spent the evening changing oil, spark plugs, and cleaned the hell out of the inside.
On the way home tonight though the cel light came on outa nowhere.I got home and shut the car off and then started it agian and there was no cel. Then the battery light came on and went off then flickered and then went off.The seatbelt light also was coming on even with the lap belt on.The guage lights and head lights dimmed at a stop and the tach went to zero.I gave it some gas and the tach went back to normal and the lights brightend back up.
Would the alternator belt or alternator itself seem to be the problem? That seems to explain the lights diming at idle, but what about the seat belt warning and flickering battery light?Any help from the veteran ef guys would be great. Thanks.
