reinstalling stock SI intake?

reinstalling stock SI intake?
I need some help ASAP.
I am trying to reinstall my stock intake and am having trouble figuring out where 2 of the hoses go. I have 2 attached to the intake (the gold piece and a hose) and one attached to the head (vacuum hose). I am left with 2 hoses that kind of meet up over by where the intake bolts up to the car. I feel like they should either attach to part of the intake or maybe there should be a piece that joins them together. Any suggestions and pictures will help.
BTW I have a 2006 civic SI

Just follow the directions backwards. You didn't say if you were coming from a SRI or CAI, so i included both.
