Default FS FT, 90 crx si jdm d15b turbo

sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold sold

Engine
JDM d15b swap(stock motor, not built)
0bd1 conversion
garret t3/t4 57 trim journal bearing turbo
revhard cast manifold
tial(can't remember the mm) wastegate, not a knockoff
knockoff greddy type s blowoff valve
2.5" charge pipes and intercooler made by autoworks
2.5" downpipe and dumptube made by RCautoworks(dumptube is sloppy because I had to cut the end off after "just tires" bent it on their lift), thermal wrapped
dsm blue top injectors
hondata s100 in I believe a p06 ecu that was converted to p28 spec. Tuned by suprdave at the whip factory. Running about 9 psi safely
half size radiator, no gangsta lean here
turbo xs manual boost controller
Stealthmode oil line kit

suspension/trans/wheels
eibach sportline springs on tokico shocks(blue ones, can't remember the name) car actually rides really nice
crx si trans still, I just replaced it last year after the diff went out on the original one, this trans is smooth as butter
exedy stage 1 clutch kit(grabs perfectly)
fidanza flywheel(7 pounds I believe)
skunk2 short throw shifter with ES bushings
15" rota grids, no curb rash at all
205 50 15 BFgoodrich drag radials in front, yokohama es 100's in back
neuspeed front strut tower bar

Body/interior
Painted championship white
Maaco paint job, I paid extra for **** like priming and clearcoat etc so it wouldn't be a total **** job. has held up pretty well for 2 years.
I did have rust repaired on the doors when it was painted, so no the body isn't 100% original
Engine bay is still red and it tears me up inside
Door and hatch jams are all white
Interior is in good condition, there are a couple small pieces that were painted red by the last owner that I never got around to changing. They are just small pieces though. Other than that the interior is all original with with red striped si seats.
Front bumper cutout for intercooler is rough. I never got around to making it clean

Crappy mechanical boost gauge, pretty accurate actually. Doesn't light up though because It was supposed to be temporary until I got a name brand one.

I turbo'd this car last summer and it has run like a champ the whole time. It's never given me a problem other than the trans, which had about 17x,xxx miles on it when it went. The motor runs solid thanks in part to a wonderful tuning job by suprdave. I just replaced the plugs the other day and gave it an oil change with mobil 1 synthetic. I kept the old plugs so you can read them if you want. I'll post pics too.

The bad
Rebuilt title. Yes I know this affects value and I believe I've adjusted the price accordingly. Fender looks and fits like an aftermarket fender, which I'm also assuming is why the car has a rebuilt title.

THIS CAR HAS AN OPEN DOWNPIPE AND DUMPTUBE. Yes the downpipe is flanged for an exhaust to be bolted on, I just never cared enough to get an exhaust. It's faster and sounds cooler without it. . You are warned though, the car is loud. If you come to look at it be prepared for a loud car. It's a 2.5" open downpipe for Christ's sake.

Positive battery terminal gets a shitty connection because it's corroded and worn out. It won't clamp the battery terminal real tight anymore. Car won't die while you drive it but sometime when you try to start it you have to pop the hood and [freak] with it. It's annoying and should be the first thing you fix. You should probably just relocate the battery to the trunk.

On really hot days you will need to turn the heat on 1 notch or the car will overheat. What can I say the turbo puts off a lot of heat. It's really not a big problem, but a dual core radiator would probably solve the problem since the one in the car is a single core.

Front end clunks a little. There is no play in any of the balljoints so I'm assuming it's the typical steering rack end bushing. A brand new replacement is in the cargo container in the back. Have fun.

Passenger front fender splash shield is missing.

I can't think of anything else right now but I'm sure I will later. Questions are welcome, just pm me I'm online all the tie.

All that being said I'm asking $3000 firm. Or I'm willing to trade for a daily driver of some sort. Whatever you have let me know. I have an open mind right now. I really want a miata though. Just ask yourself "would this car be fun to drive in phoenix?" and then you will know if you have a decent trade. Here are some pics that are all from last summer and fall. I'm going to take more tomorrow though.

more pics added below. No longer accepting trades cash only. No longer accepting trades cash only. No longer accepting trades cash only

I can't believe that I forgot to mention that two summers ago I completely replaced the rear brakes because they were old and crusty. I mean calipers and everything.

I can personaly vouch for this car.

it is LOUD! and FAST!, a serious beast.

This car is not for the faint of heart, I would also venture in saying it shouldn't be a DD. if you DD this car you are nuts.

Im going to be taking better pictures of it in a couple days.

$3,000 is a crazy low price. Somebody jump on this before you miss out.

let me reiterate some things about this car in case you missed them in the description.

its fully tuned by superdave at whip factory. 210+hp

the turbo is a t3/t4 .57trim Garrett, NOT a knockoff brand.

it has 205 50 15 BFgoodrich drag radials in front

its running an OPEN! 2.5" downpipe and dumptube custom made by RCautoworks.

More pics

This is a new sunroof panel. The old one was rusted and instead of buying a used one I just bought this and a new seal from honda. Screw rusted sunroof panels. This one is as old as the paint job.

I ran out of quarters at the car wash and didn't get to vacuum, sorry.

That is an msd shift light. Kind of ricer, do with it what you want.

Pioneer radio is ipod ready. Just plug your ipod in here and it will charge. You can control the ipod through the radio controls.

Drivers seat isn't perfect, but find me one that is.

Cracked, typical

Yes it stays up under its own power

Motor shot. Same as it was in the earlier pics. Could use a scrubbing. The turbo xs mbc can be seen in this picture unlike the others above.

As Jason mentioned before though if you are planning on using a turbo Honda with no A/C as a daily driver I would think long and hard about it if I were you.

I already lowballed myself and I'm not going any lower. I've got some good offers so far but I'm really looking for that nice solid deal. A clean miata, ek or cash is who's going to come out on top. I guess people don't like my rims because I've gotten multiple offers to buy it without the rims.

I'm going to hit the street with this bitch one more time. It's been in the garage all winter and I want to make sure nothing is going to go south.

I'll be back on in a little bit.

An offer $1 less than $3,000 is a lowball offer. Trust me.
