97 civic ex distributor

will a 97 civic ex distributor fit on a f22b2 if i mod the wiring? i got a f22b2 for my sohc challenge car but there was no distributor with the engine

I doubt it... looking at the part numbers they don't match. Best bet is to find one for that engine (94-97 non-EX).
