Battery went flat now radio won't work and I have code card?
Hi
I have found the code card for my radio.
It has a five digit code on top and another longer number underneath.
When I try and enter the code I get an error message after the first number (the first number is 1) is punched in.
I tried this several times and now it just shows a message that says "Error E" and does not respond to any input.
I thought that this may be on some kind of timer and will try again later but I don't know.
Any thoughts
Mike

I would still suggest trying to contact the dealer to see if then know anything about this error. Since I am not familiar with the stock Accord radio I can not really be of much assistance.
Hi
I have found out a number of things since I posted this.
One is that it isn't necessary to remove the radio to find out what the serial number is if you don't have your code card.
Just turn off the radio and hold in the number 1 and 6 buttons, then turn the radio back on while still holding the keys and it will display the radios serial number in two parts. The first four digits followed by the second four digits.
With this number you can get the code.
Second the code thing is on a timer and if you push two many buttons as I did before you input the correct code then you have to wait 24 hours for it to reset or disconnect your battery for a few minutes.
I’m still waiting for it to reset.
I’ll let you know what happens.
