Default HELP, sunroof won't Close!!!

Hey everyone well I have a 93 Si civic hatch. My sunroof is open but won't close.

Things I've checked and tried and still nothing:
-Checked fuse, it was good replaced it anyways still nothing
-tried a new battery since mines has been sitting around for a couple of months still nothing
-Took off headliner and plugs are connected good
-I press the open/close switch and nothing happens, you don't even hear the sunroof motor doing anything.

EDIT
Today I:
-Changed the open/close switch
-changed the open and close relays
-tried a different sun roof motor
-changed the fuse again

and still nothing, the sunroof won't even do anything...the motor doesnt even make a sound like its trying to move the glass. I'm guessing the motor is not receiving and energy power but id how to fix this any help anyone???
ANY IDEA what it could be, please HELP thanks.

Usually troubleshooting starts with the easiest possible culprit. In your case this is the switch. Since you took the head liner off (and I assume it's still off), go directly to the plug/s for the moon roof and test to see if the switch is working. If it's working you'll see a change of polarity at the connector/s you checked already.

I'm betting your switch is bad/dirty (note, I've cleaned window and moon roof switches many times instead of replacing them).

Just keep playing with it...mine closed after playing with the glass a littlebit.

you can buy some cleaner but wd40 works fine...just need to get the years of corrosion off which is no big deal at all.

Have you made sure you are getting power at the switch with key on? If so then power at harness side connector at the motor? Conitinuity through the wires from the switch to the harness? Does the motor function when power and ground are applied from an external source? There really isn't a whole lot to troubleshoot there, should be easy to figure out.....
