Default fuel rail

Hey all, I have a question. I am just finishing up my wire tuck, before getting everything settled in, I wanted to see if everything is ok, and fire the car up, but when I was going to plug the injectors back in, they spewed releasing pressure, and began to leak gas, not one, not two, not three, but all of them. Obviously the o-rings are done, so I pulled the rail according to the manual, replaced them, and put it back.

Now, I think I might not be getting fuel back in the rail properly or something, as the car is not turning over. The reason I say that, is because I sprayed starting fluid inside, and she wanted to turn on, but didn't. Is there something I am not doing?

For some weird reason it sounds like the main fuel relay is not acting normal, should it not CLICK -pause- CLICK? It only Clicks and that is it once I put the key in. This is not the first time I had fuel delivery problems, so I'm almost certain it has nothing to do with a bad connection, but the way this car was wired previously and having to try to rewire it, who really knows.

BTW the car is an 89 EF LX 4 door with a b18a1 swap.

Please let me know if I am not doing something that I should be doing.

Thanks!

It suppose to click realy is good. Try switching it with the one in your fuse box in your engine compartment.
